Customer Success Specialist

With thousands of users across the Benelux and international ambitions, we are building the next growth phase of Climapulse. Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the success of our customers and in the further expansion of Customer Success within Climapulse.
Your Impact
As a Customer Success Specialist and product expert, you play a key role in the success of our customers. You ensure that clients don't just start using Climapulse, but truly extract value from it and improve their daily operations.
You guide customers from onboarding to long-term collaboration, ensuring they actively use the platform, continue to grow, and remain highly satisfied.
This role goes far beyond traditional support: you work proactively with customers to optimize their processes and realize maximum value, while also helping build scalable Customer Success processes that support our overall growth.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Your role combines onboarding, adoption, strategic account management, and process improvement.
Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new customers through their onboarding journey and ensure a smooth start.
- Configure the platform tailored to the client's business processes by setting up the right workflows.
- Ensure customers go "live" quickly and experience immediate value.
Adoption & Account Growth
- Help customers get the absolute maximum out of Climapulse.
- Advise them on best practices and operational optimizations.
- Detect opportunities where additional modules can offer extra value and guide customers through their rollout.
- Intervene proactively when usage or adoption lags behind.
Training & Enablement
- Organize live and online training sessions, webinars, and demonstrations.
- Develop content (videos, tutorials, manuals) to continuously support customers.
Customer Insights & Product Improvement
- Gather feedback and translate it into concrete proposals for product improvement.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to create a consistent customer experience.
- Actively brainstorm and contribute to making Customer Success scalable.
Monitoring & Ownership
- Manage your accounts and take full ownership of their success.
- Track KPIs such as platform usage, adoption, churn, CSAT, and account growth.
- Identify risks (churn) and intervene in a timely manner.
Your Profile
We are not looking for someone who just executes tasks; we want a strategic thinker who gets energy from helping customers grow and wants to impact the further growth of Customer Success at Climapulse.
- You have a strong customer-centric mindset and always think in solutions.
- You have experience with onboarding, training, or customer adoption (preferably in SaaS).
- You are a fluent communicator and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- You take ownership and enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic environment.
- You think proactively and don't wait for problems to arise.
- You feel at home in a small team where roles are flexible.
- Technology and software interest you, and you quickly see the bigger picture.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
Extra plus points:
- Experience with SaaS or software implementations.
- An affinity with HVAC, facility management, or technical sectors.
