Vacancy Account Executive

Climapulse is the leading SaaS solution for HVAC contractors and facility managers managing HVAC installations. From work orders and maintenance to compliance and environmental legislation: our platform simplifies complex processes, helping companies work smarter, safer, and more sustainably. With thousands of users across the Benelux, we are now looking to accelerate our growth ambitions. 

To further support our expansion, we are looking for a driven Account Executive. The ideal candidate easily empathizes with customer expectations, is always on the lookout for new opportunities, and thrives when working independently. Our team operates from Hasselt, but your location is not a deciding factor. 

Your role & responsibilities: 
  • Conduct targeted prospecting to qualified leads.
  • Visit clients and proactively advise them on the best possible solution.
  • Translate customer needs into a well-balanced proposal. Actively build and maintain customer relationships and networks.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations (both online and on-site) to interested leads.
  • Handle potential objections and help customers get started smoothly with Climapulse.
  • Organize and present (online) seminars and workshops.

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the product manager and the marketing department. You see the immediate benefits for the client and know how to inspire people with our vision and approach. 

Your profile:
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a commercial mindset.
  • You are a social person with an infectious enthusiasm.
  • You have a natural feel for all things digital and strongly believe in the future of cloud-based applications.
  • Taking pride in your work is important to you: your advice is crucial in helping companies operate more efficiently.
  • You get fulfillment from helping your customers and closing deals.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a digital context.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and can hold your own in French.
  • Any affinity with cooling or heating installations is a great bonus.
