SDS Klimatisatie

A great deal of SDS Klimatisatie’s time is spent working as a supplier to Infrabel. Steven's primary task is to maintain climate units on the Belgian rail network and every day he encounters different installations, each with its own history. The big advantage is that Infrabel has been a regular customer of Climapulse for years, so the history is managed digitally. 

Steven realized his work would be more efficient if SDS Klimatisatie also used Climapulse as the complete log of the installations would become immediately available. So, in the summer of 2019, he decided to digitally monitor his operations and maintain his logbook with Climapulse. 

Nevertheless, with the Climapulse Service Uno license, SDS Klimatisatie still has a customized solution for its business activities as a self-employed person.

Steven manages numerous HVAC installations for government agencies, requiring him to pay extra attention to additional regulatory requirements. Forecasts provide him with an immediate overview of all future (legal) maintenance and an opportunity to schedule it right away. This usually involves statutory annual audits, inspections and repairs. As a result, his work is always compliant with legislation and, in a few clicks, he can see exactly what he has to do at which government agency and location.

SDS Klimatisatie is responsible for maintaining several of Infrabel's climate units . The fact that Climapulse is available anywhere, anytime is hugely beneficial for Steven as it allows him to immediately access the history and logbook of that unit. This saves Steven a great deal of time, allowing him to work more efficiently.
