JRB Technics was formed in 2013 and today is led by Jeroen Borremans and Thomas De Valck. In the meantime, the company has become a well-known player for home technology in the provinces of Flemish Brabant and East Flanders.

JRB Technics specializes in air conditioning, heat pumps, electrical, solar panels and ventilation for the residential market. In this case study, founder Jeroen Borremans shares his experiences with Climapulse.

Introduction to Climapulse

In the summer of 2018 , the number of air conditioner and heat pump installations began to increase. Any notes were registered in a notebook but it was not the ideal method.

JRB Technics went online to find a digital system to record and track all the data. After a demo of Climapulse, they were quickly convinced that this new working method would be much more efficient.

Every employee up-to-date

JRB Technics creates every installation within Climapulse, including those outside the 3 kg standard. This means that every employee knows which installation is where, and everyone has the necessary information when a customer calls with a problem.

When a technician visits a customer's site to solve a problem, they know in advance which spare parts will be needed. The technician can also easily record the work performed in Climapulse, so each employee can follow up on the next steps for that customer.

Linking with Teamleader

Climapulse also has a link to Teamleader, and that comes in handy for JRB Technics as they were already using Teamleader to create quotes and invoices. 

"Thanks to this link, everything is even easier. We only have to create a customer once and can quickly generate invoices from the work orders in Climapulse," explains Jeroen.

Overview of each installation 

The follow-up of maintenance and periodic checks is nicely summarized in Climapulse, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation, which is closely followed by Climapulse. This quick and centralized overview of all installations is therefore the greatest added value for Jeroen.

Leaving a professional impression

The centralized overview is not the only benefit for JRB Technics as a result of working with Climapulse. "We also make a more professional impression on our customers," Jeroen says. "Every work order can be signed easily using the tablet."

"In addition, we can make the logs available for each customer through a digital customer portal." Jeroen has already recommended Climapulse to industry colleagues. "It is the perfect tool for keeping a digital overview of all your installations and operations," Jeroen concludes with a smile.
