Therefore, we are looking for a Software Engineer who can analyze technical issues, empathize with our customers' situations, and translate solutions into concrete improvements within our platform. Your Impact 

As a Software Engineer, you will become a true Climapulse expert. Your role sits right at the intersection of support, development, and integrations. 

Your Role & Responsibilities 
Support & Analysis 
  • Act as the bridge between 1st-line support and the development team.
  • Assist with more complex, technical support queries.
  • Analyze bugs and technical issues.
  • Translate support issues into structural improvements within the product. 
Technical Solutions 
  • Dive into the code whenever necessary to analyze or resolve issues.
  • Write scripts and tools to automate processes.
  • Support the development team with technical client-side inquiries. 
Integrations & Data 
  • Assist customers with API integrations.
  • Handle the import and integration of customer data.
  • Contribute to small-scale technical implementations for clients. 
Your Profile 

We are looking for someone who is technically strong but also genuinely enjoys working with people. 

  • You are social, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner. You have a sharp eye for detail. You are fluent in Dutch.
  • You can hold your own in French
Technical Skills
  • Experience with backend web development (preferably Python).
  • Knowledge of Django or FastAPI. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with APIs, data integrations, or scripting.
