To realize these ambitions, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who—with their experience and a passion for clean code—will elevate our backend toward scalable architectures and smart solutions.

Your Impact 

As a Backend Developer, you will be a key figure in the technical core of Climapulse. You will work on a powerful and robust platform that helps our customers manage their installations more efficiently.

 Your Role & Responsibilities 

• Development & Maintenance: Build new features, improve existing functionalities, and resolve bugs, both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Roadmap: Actively contribute to designing and maintaining a scalable backend architecture.
• Quality & Innovation: Brainstorm technical solutions and contribute to overall performance, testability, and maintainability.
• Collaboration: You never work on an isolated island. You share knowledge, connect with others, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to deliver a user experience that exceeds expectations. 

Your Profile 

• We are looking for someone who has already gained substantial experience and is now seeking more responsibility and technical depth.
• You have a proven track record in backend web development, preferably with Python.
• You are familiar with relational databases like PostgreSQL and have a solid understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
• You write maintainable, secure code and have a sharp eye for code quality best practices.
• You have experience setting up, maintaining, and running automated tests to guarantee stability and reliability.
• You know exactly when something is "more than good enough" and when it truly needs to be flawless. You are eager to learn, pragmatic, and know precisely when new technologies add real value.
