Tired of that time-consuming search for information about an HVAC installation? And do you want to work more efficiently with data that is always up-to- date? Then Climapulse has excellent news. Because with our QR tags, a simple scan with your smartphone or tablet allows you to access all the installation data of an HVAC system.
1. Make the installation detectable
- Look up the installation in Climapulse Service.
- Click the More Options button, indicated by ...
- Then click on link QR tag. From now on, the installation is detectable when you want to link a QR tag.
2. Scan the QR code
- On your smartphone or tablet, open your favorite app to scan QR codes.
- Point your camera at the QR code. The app will show you a link or even follow the link right away.
3. Link the tag to the installation
- Follow the link
- From the list of all detectable installations, choose the installation on which you will stick or have stuck the tag.
- Confirm your choice.

What’s more, your customers can use the same QR code to access the data in the customer portal.

What apps do you recommend for scanning QR codes?
The range of apps for scanning QR codes is huge. We have had good experiences with the user-friendly apps (QRs and QR Code Reader) to scan codes with your iPhone or iPad. As of iOS 11, available in September 2017, you can even use Apple's default Camera app.
Do you have an Android device? The chances are your camera supports this by default. If not, it is best to choose this QR Code reader.
Can anyone scan this type of tag?
Yes, but only your team, and possibly your customer, can access the installation's data. You must log in before you can access installation details.
Can I tag an installation multiple times?
Yes, it is possible to associate multiple tags with an installation. So you don't have to go into the engine room to access data.
Where should I stick the tag?
In a highly visible and easily accessible place. Near the instruction card, for example. Want to easily find out which installation a particular indoor or outdoor unit belongs to? Then stick a tag on the unit too.

How much does a tag cost?
A tag costs 0.8 euros. If you order a set of 1,000 tags, you pay 0.7 euros per tag. For orders of 5,000 pieces or more, the price per tag drops to 0.65 euros. Delivery is free* and you pay no additional cost for functionality or the number of scans of a code. Tags can be ordered within Climapulse Service.
Tip: maybe don't order tags for all your installations right away, but just enough stickers to tag the necessary installations in the short term .
