Vacancy Application Support Engineer
We are seeking a driven application support engineer to join the Climapulse team. You will help ensure that our users feel understood and at home on our platform. The ideal candidate loves technology, can empathize with a user's situation and can translate any problem into an appropriate solution.
On a daily basis, you help our clients and business developers move forward. You answer incoming inquiries with a smile and collaborate on structural improvements. You communicate clearly and are customer-friendly, both on the phone and via email. You support the product team and provide integration for customers. You will also manage Climapulse documentation and keep it up to date with the latest developments.
At Climapulse, we believe in direct, person-to-person communication and, above all, a great customer experience. As a support engineer, you will provide input to the marketing team for new releases or enhancements.

Your challenge
- You handle every support question in a timely, appropriate and friendly manner
- You are responsible for the implementation, configuration and integration of our products
- You will become a real Climapulse product expert, after extensive training
- You work proactively and provide the necessary documentation and help for customers
- You have an eye for quality and can back it up with the necessary tests
Your profile
- You are a sociable person with infectious enthusiasm
- You have a background in IT or equivalent through experience
- You are not afraid to answer the phone and write without making basic errors
- You have strong administrative skills and are always on top of things
- You get energy from helping people move forward
- An affinity with refrigeration or heating installations would be useful
Your tasks (internally)
- Topline support to customers and business developers
- Translating support issues into solutions
- Bug-fixing and building small extensions
- Integrating and importing customer data
- Writing and supporting documentation
- Collaborating with the marketing team
