For the rest of the time, the Sales Executive will be working with leads and customers, as required.

What profile do we need? 
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is highly empathetic and understands the priorities and issues of the various stakeholders in HVAC. You also want the best for our customers and can be persuasive thanks to a sales strategy tailored to each potential stakeholder. You inspire, inform and give demonstrations when needed. At Climapulse, we believe in direct, person-to-person communication and, above all, a great customer experience. Sales Executives work closely with the marketing and product team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an interest in and knowledge of and/or experience with software platforms and preferably HVAC or possibly the construction industry. Knowledge of legislation is a great asset because sustainability reporting is an increasingly important issue in this sector. 

Desired skill-set

  • Broad commercial style: you can negotiate with a self-employed HVAC installer one minute and with the C-level management of a corporate the next. 
  • Entrepreneurial: you detect opportunities with leads and existing customers. 
  • Communication skills and persuasiveness in Dutch, French and English. Other languages are a plus. 
  • Integrity: we are a commercial organization but we believe in growing with our customers over the long term. We do not engage in hit & run sales; our reputation is of huge importance to us. 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.

Your tasks

  • Convert marketing qualified leads to sales leads and deals. 
  • Prospecting to qualified sales leads, upgrading and cross-selling. 
  • Develop customized solutions based on the priorities and needs of (potential) customers. 
  • Long-term relationship management and networking. 
  • Provide offline and online demos to various stakeholders. 
  • Organize and present (online) seminars and workshops in Belgium and abroad. You are willing to travel internationally for some of your working hours.
