TWS was founded in early 2011 by Toon, Werner and Wannes, hence the letters T and W in the name. Perhaps you’re asking yourself what the S stands for? That stands for service, as TWS is a service provider in the refrigeration and heating technology sector. In 2016, TWS was further strengthened by the arrival of Maarten. He has since become one of the business managers and this review was drawn up with him.
Paper work orders? That's all in the past!
It was soon clear to TWS that working on paper was not good enough. They had initially ordered about 1,000 paper work orders but only ended up using around 20. At the start, they worked almost exclusively as a subcontractor for large companies. As a result of this, they soon learned about Climapulse. This, combined with those clunky paper work orders, convinced TWS to start working with Climapulse. A decision they don't regret to this day.

Offering a complete package is really important!
Over the years, TWS has virtually stopped its subcontracting activities and has now built its own customer base. Business activities have also changed slightly. They may have started as a purely refrigeration company, but for about 2 years they have also specialized in heating technology. They can thus offer their customers a total package. Their typical customers are 95% industrial companies where they take care of cooling, heating and ventilation.
